I love the product while customer support is amazing. So thumbs totally up! I was much less impressed with the product arriving from China with unintelligible instructions (abysmal translation), incorrect YouTube link, and a remote control which does not work nor it has sensible pairing instructions. Also disappointed that at no point it was indicated that it could not be installed on a dimmer switch. Customer services are working diligently to resolve the issues, but these issues have been really inconvenient.

Although we are waiting to hang this fixture until our renovations are done, it looks exactly as pictured. We are looking forward to hanging it. I can’t speak to the amount of light it emits yet but it does look well made.

We purchased the walnut with a singular bar mount. It arrived, and we opened the box... it was stunning! The wood was beautifully and elegantly finished, far nicer than we ever expected!! Our contractor won't be installing for a few months so we can't comment on ease or difficulty of installation, but it is gorgeous! The *only* small thing that looks odd to me, as a visual perfectionist, is that the two connecting cord thicknesses appear to be vastly different. We're going to see if our electrician can install a matt black metal tube cut to the length we need to cover the odd cord differences.

We love the look of the light, unfortunately not so much with the different size of the wire . One wire is bigger than the other, it will be a perfect product of both wires are same size. The ups service was very bad in our area , it is not your fault. In the future, if we would like to buy again, we hope there is other option of carrier service. Our light arrived in Bracebridge warehouse on Nov 21, but they only delivered to us on Dec 15. Thank you

I absolutely love my light!! It’s a bit “skinnier” than I expected but that’s my problem for not really paying attention to the dimensions! I still love it though! I’ve had a bit of a problem with the remote changing the lighting settings but it always ends up working out- overall a great purchase with no regrets!

It is nice to look at, and works great! You should be prepared that whoever installs it might get a narrow electrical box because the base (at the ceiling) is narrower than standard boxes. We ended up having the edges filled with plaster so there was no unsightly plate.

The package did not come with instruction. It has red and black electrical wires and it does not state where it should be connected with the existing wires. We have black and white wires and another cable for ground. Can someone advise which wire is to be connected with the existing black and white wires?
